We understand that sometimes you enter a race then something crops up. As soon as you enter we incur costs so we have come up with the following refund policy that we hope is simple and fair:
If you cancel:
- Up to 10 weeks before the race: 80% refund
- Between 10 and 4 weeks before the race: 60% refund
- Less than 4 weeks and up to 10 days before the race: £15 refund
- Less than 10 days before the race: No refund or transfers
All transfers must be done by you through the on-line registration site.
If you transfer your entry:
You can cancel or transfer your entry to another person using the on-line entry system up to 10 days before the event, after this we send all our numbers for print so are unable to offer and refund or transfers after this deadline. All transfers must be done by you through the on-line registration site.
Entry Insurance:
Full refund insurance: We offer optional Refund Protect Insurance, which you can add during registration. This policy provides a full refund if you are unable to attend the event due to covered circumstances. Please note that this policy is administered directly by a third-party provider; full details are available in the Refund Protect Terms & Conditions on the entry page.
Deferrals
We do not accept deferrals. Exceptions made for pregnancy or in cases of a serious medical or life event, only up to 2 weeks before the event – please apply via email. Pregnancy deferrals are valid for up to 2 years. Deferrals are non-refundable.
Please note that Divas runs on a very tight budget – whilst we will do everything we can to help Divas, the expense of running a triathlon means that we barely break even!! Our aim is always to put on a race of the highest standard to ensure that Divas get the best possible experience for their first triathlon / quadrathlon.
