Run group from Lime Wood Fields+Eastham Woods

As well as a run session from Lime Wood Fields, we will be offering an alternative meet up at Eastham Woods for a  nice run in the woods next to the Mersey with Mike Waring.

Non‐members can sign up here for a free 1 month trial membership, which will allow you to book & pay for club sessions during that fortnight.

All are welcome and we will adapt the sessions and number of different paced groups to suit those who are there on the night.
Paces can range from about 10:30 to 7:30 min/mile.

Meet at the entrance to Lime Wood Fields (under the sign) off Kingsway.
Runners must be on time with minimal waiting, ready for a prompt start at 18:30.
