Christleton 5k race information

Information for Competitors

Friday 18th May 2018     7:15pm start

Limit 500 runners

Minimum age limit is 16yrs on race day

No entries on the day

Numbers to be collected on the night from the Registration area at the Christleton High School/Sport Centre

Runner transfers can be completed via the online entry system until 17th May.

Directions and parking

The main race car park is at the Chester Law College, Pepper St, Christleton.

Car parking on the route MUST BE AVOIDED! 

Some additional parking may be available at the High School/Sport Centre but not guaranteed

 

The race will start approx 1/2 mile from the Sport Centre at the junction of Plough Lane and Rake Lane at 7:15pm prompt.

The finish is the entrance driveway to Christleton High School after one and three-quarter laps of the course

ALL MARSHAL INSTRUCTIONS AND DIRECTIONS MUST BE FOLLOWED!

The section of Rake Lane between Birchheath Road and Plough Lane will be closed to through traffic between 7:00pm and 7:30pm. (Please use this section for warm up purposes). Vehicles will have right of way elsewhere.

Timing

Runners will be asked to start in pens according to their expected finish time and the race will be Chip Timed so everyone will get an accurate time!

Race photos will be taken on the evening and will be available on flickr for free download. Links will be posted here when available.
