Kelly Crickmore

Level 3 Triathlon Coach
Kelly coached the Friday squad swim sessions was a run coach at the track on Wednesdays.
She coaches one to one and is part of thetriathloncoach.com.
I have competed in triathlons and duathlons since 2005 and have been a competitive runner for over 20 years.

I have been coaching triathlon since 2008 and qualified as a BTF level 3 triathlon coach in 2012. I specialise in triathlon and running coaching from beginners to elite, distances from 5k to marathon, sprint to Iron distance.

Coaching to me isn’t about how hard a session I can set for an athlete or doing as many hours per week training as possible, it’s about getting the balance right to achieve realistic goals.

Competitive runner since 1989

Top tip: Never give up

Coaching philosophy: Recovery is as important as training hard
