I have competed in triathlons and duathlons since 2005 and have been a competitive runner for over 20 years.
I have been coaching triathlon since 2008 and qualified as a BTF level 3 triathlon coach in 2012. I specialise in triathlon and running coaching from beginners to elite, distances from 5k to marathon, sprint to Iron distance.
Coaching to me isn’t about how hard a session I can set for an athlete or doing as many hours per week training as possible, it’s about getting the balance right to achieve realistic goals.
