Ina Morris

Originally from Germany, I am a coach, triathlete and mum of a beautiful son. And this is where my journey into this exciting sport began…

 

After working as a TV and sports journalist both in the UK and Germany for nearly a decade I took a break from my hectic career to enjoy the sunny life in Cyprus and to become a mum. As much as I loved the new lifestyle, I soon realised something was still missing. So I joined the local triathlon club, searching for new challenges… and never looked back. My first sprint distance triathlon soon turned into Olympic and 70.3 distance races, Duathlons and Aquathlons. My proudest moment so far has to be representing my home nation Germany as an Age Grouper at the ITU Multisport World Championships.

 

I realised I love this sport so much that I wanted to pass on my passion by helping and encouraging others. As well as working with athletes individually, I really enjoy club coaching. After relocating from Wiltshire, I hope to support many CTC athletes!
