Born under the southern sun of Seville, Estanis grew up with one constant: movement. From childhood he explored every sport he could get his hands on, driven not by competition alone, but by a genuine love for what the body can do when the mind believes. Today, He is a fitness coach, physiotherapy student, and a devoted single dad. A combination that demands strength far beyond physical endurance

 

A passionate triathlete (and proud fanboy of Lucy Charles-Barclay), He stepped into the sport in 2023, completing his first sprint triathlon. Triathlon isn’t just a sport for him; it’s a lifestyle that fuels him. His dream for the near future is to become a Triathlon Coach, helping others discover their own strength, their own finish lines, and their own belief in what’s possible
