Turbo sessions run from October until April, Thursdays 6.30pm until 7.30pm.
Please arrive by 6.15pm to set up your bike on the turbo and be ready to start on time.
£2.50 per person – please bring cash on the night.
We would appreciate it if you could book on to the session so the coach knows who to expect, using this link.
Things you will need to bring
- Your bike: Please make sure it is cleaned before bringing into the hall.
- Cycling kit: Shorts and vest/t-shirt are usually a good plan as it will get hot. Don’t forget the shoes you ride in.
- An old towel that will soak up any sweat and stop your bike from corroding. Please be prepared to use the towel at the end of the session to wipe the floor beneath and around your bike.
- Nutrition/hydration: Please take responsibility for your own energy and hydration levels. You are likely to sweat a lot, so bring a drink along as you would do on a ride.
The club has 15 turbos to use, but feel free to bring your own if you’d prefer.
All sessions will be led by our fabulous coaches and sessions will be structured over the course of the winter to build strength and endurance.
