Squad session with the emphasis on CSS development. For intermediate swimmers – split into 2 lanes grouped by speed. (1 lane for swimmers with a CSS pace of around 1.40-2m per 100m and 1 lane for swimmers with a CSS pace of >2m per 100m).
May be coached or uncoached.
