A Running Focus – Running Injuries and How to Better Manage
Running injuries account for up to 60% of injuries in relation to Triathlon, so it makes sense to have a chat about them and delve a little deeper!
Dan Morris of Pro-fit Physiotherapy will be discussing all things running related injury from where seems to get hurt, why and risk profiling strategies to prevent them. This talk will be broad and take into consideration, amongst other things.

Notes: Dan Morris is a Graduate Sport Rehabilitator who studied at The University of Salford. He has worked in professional football and private practice for the last 5 years. He has a keen interest in running related injuries and performance after working in private sports injury clinics that specialise in the endurance athlete.
