We meet at Total Fitness for a group run. There are generally 3 groups split according to ability and goals.
All abilities are welcome.
Coaches: Sally Napthen and Dave Taylor
Each week the run will vary, 5k timed run, hill reps, distance run (8k), interval training, speed work.
The focus is on self improvement with support from colleagues and coaches.
