Coach Biog
In my early thirties I was a club runner with marathon aspirations and began being coached by a very good club coach. We worked well together and the end result was a fairly quick marathon which was repeated for several more years. All other shorter distance races improved dramatically too as a result of the training. I was offered a coaching course by my club quite early on and took it to improve my own knowledge for my development. The coaching bug to help others began here. More qualifications followed. As I aged, I slowed! I was looking for change of sporting direction. Triathlon beckoned. Competition at all distances and further coaching qualifications followed. Represented GB in Age Group at World and European levels. Have coached triathletes at all distances and to Kona World Championships.
