Coach Biog
Contract / self –employed Mechanical Engineer.
Completing Level 3 Triathlon Coach qualification after passing exam and coaching two individuals in 2010.
Came to Triathlon in 2003, at the age of 47. Personally, I enjoy triathlon for its own sake: the feeling of achievement at doing something that is still quite exceptional.
Due to work commitments, currently limiting coaching activities to covering group sessions (if necessary) and personalised, one-to-one programmes for up to four individual athletes. These are all on a voluntary basis.
