Claire was born down South in Dorset, grew up on a farm so spent most of her childhood climbing trees, horse riding and riding her BMX over make shift jumps! Not a lot of time was spent indoors as a child, so not surprisingly after 10 years of grown up office life the decision was made to get back to what was really important – spending time outdoors, being active and becoming a Personal Trainer to work with clients to get them fitter and healthier. Claire discovered Triathlon in 2005 and has never looked back.
