Below are the dates for the 2011-12 Winter League.

Winter league events are suitable for all abilities from beginner through to elite. These events are the perfect opportunity to learn new skills or home existing ones. All the club ran events are free and club coaches will be present at the events to give advice and tips. Borders league events are free but you need to be an English Athletics (EA) member, this costs £5 per year. Trophies and prizes are awarded to the male and female winners of the league at the Christmas party.
