The Dates
The main training week is from Sat 5th March to Sat 12th March.
If people want to stay for 2 weeks then the week before, Sat 26th Feb to Sat 5th March should be booked.
The Cost
I have managed to get some keen pricing for our accommodation as follows:
All prices are per person per week:
Studio for 2 people : £195
Apartment for 3 people : £150
B&B can be added for £65Half Board can be added for £150
Flights
I have tried to get some group flights but cannot get anywhere near the current easyjet return price of around £120 + bags (£18) + bike (£37), therefore can you please book your own flights.
Monarch, EasyJet, Ryanair and Thomas Cook all have flights but I think everyone should stick to easyJet to make it easier. (Monarch, Thomas Cook and Ryanair charge £80 return for bikes)

What's included
Accommodation at Play Itas for 7 days.
Transfers between the Airport and the resort in Fuertaventura.
4 hours of pool swimming in the 50m Olympic pool. (More is available to book when there but we will organise 3 squad style sessions during the week)
Good company and hard training!
What's not included
Flights
Food (unless you book B&B or HB). (There is a supermarket on site and a larger supermarket 5km away)
Hire of bikes if you don't want to take your own. Play Itas have really good road and MTB bikes for hire. http://www.playitas.info/sports/cycling/prices
Insurance. Please ensure you have insurance.
Program of Events
I have an outline of a program that I suggest we use for the main week. They will be mainly led by one person rather than coached and I will approach people when we know who is going.
The idea is not to do everything but choose one or two things a day. This might change depending on numbers.
This is still fluid and suggestions welcome.
Other Stuff
If enough people want transfers to and from Liverpool airport from Chester I am willing to organise this.
The cost will be £20 for transfer to and from Liverpool airport to meet the flights I've recommended.
Depending on how many people want this option it will be a minibus / coach and van to transfer your bike.

To confirm your booking I need a deposit of £75 per person for the accommodation + £20 if you require transfers to and from Liverpool.
Full balance is due 7 weeks before departure.

If you want to share with someone specific please specify on the booking form and I will try my best to accommodate everyone's wishes.
