Training Training is divided into two principal areas:
- Pool Sessions
- Open Water
Swimming Most training is currently conducted in the organised pool sessions. However, we are currently developing open water options – for the better weather!
What is expected from you? All you need to do is turn up with suitable swim wear and goggles.
The coaches will help you in terms of which lane you will most benefit from. For guidance on the different swim standards, see below:
