The Deva Triathlon offers:

Relay teams are welcome to enter.
They'll only be one category and teams can be all male, all female or mixed.
There will be a prize for the 1st relay team only - irrespective of make-up.
The swim:
The swim in the River Dee starts at the Groves Bandstand and is 700m upstream and 800m downstream (the current in the river is usually barely noticeable at this time of year). |

The bike:
The fairly flat bike course leaves Chester through the scenic village of Eccleston, through Pulford, Rosette and Marford, entering Wales on quiet rural roads before returning to Rosette and a fast return to transition.
Marford marks a tricky hill but, after the turn-off, it's a great run home.

The run:
Finally, the run is two laps of riverside paths, picturesque park land and local minor roads. |

All 100+ marshals are triathletes from the club and will go out of their way to help you enjoy your day. |
