2012 Wave start times will be put up here the week before the race

The wave start times in 2011 were as below; we will more than likely keep them the same depending on number but please check here before setting off. You will also be emailed your start time personally in the week before the race.

• Wave 1 – 08:00 Male A,B,C,D,E,F & Male Relay
• Wave 2 – 08:10 All Female & Female Relay
• Wave 3 – 08:20 Male G
• Wave 4 – 08:30 Male H
• Wave 5 – 08:40 Male I
• Wave 6 – 08:50 Male J,K,L & M

Age Groups (Age on 31 Dec)

• A : 15-16
• B : 17-18
• C : 19
• D : 20-24
• E : 25-29
• F : 30-34
• G : 35-39
• H : 40-44
• I : 45-49
• J : 50-54
• K : 55-59
• L : 60-64
• M : 65-69
• N : 70-74
• P : 75-79
• Q : 80+
