- The marshalls and all of the event staff were all great! Very encouraging all the way around and they stayed cheerful and very helpful despite the wet weather! The guys getting us out of the river were brilliant too - that was very helpful!
- This is only my third tri and I can not say I am an expert, I would like to say a thank you for the professionalism of the whole event. Please could you send a thank you to all staff involved. The marshalls were really supportive in spite of the weather and would you say a big thank you to them for their clapping and words of encouragement, they are appreciated, even if we don't all give a verbal response, other than a strange gold fish impression as we gasp for air. Could you also thank the local police force for their help, their ability to stop traffic was really appreciated. As you've managed everything else, could you try and sort the weather for next year and if possible could you sort me out with a new air of legs. Thank you for a great day, if a little cold.

- Really enjoyed the event, pity about the weather forecast being so wrong (the one I heard had it raining AFTER lunch so I was not prepared for being so cold and wet on the cycle. Brilliant transition, lots of space in the isles.
