Chester Triathlon Club

Entries for the Deva Triathlon will open on the 12th September 2011 and close on 24th June 2012 or when full (700 entries).

Entry Fees for 2012 are as follows:

1. Early Bird Offer Until 31st Dec BTF Members £45 Individual £50 Relay £70
2. Until 30th April BTF Members £50 Individual £55 Relay £75
3. Until 24th June BTF Members £55 Individual £60 Relay £80 (Online entry only, no cheques after 30th April).
   Please note, entries after 30th April will only receive a T-Shirt at the end of the event subject to availability as we will confirm numbers to our suppliers on 1st May.

Individual BTF Members will pay the Individual price but receive £5 back on the day at registration on production of a valid BTF License

You can enter your details on-line and then post us a cheque with your reference number or complete the whole transaction electronically. (5% active network surcharge for card payments). Cheque payments are only available to entries made up to 30th April 2012. Entries after 1st May must be online only.

Chester Tri Refund Policy.

If you find that you are unable to take part on the day then you may be able to reclaim part of your race fee or you can swap your number with one of your friends.

If you cancel:

• Up to 8 weeks before the race: Full refund less £10.
• Up to 4 weeks before the race: Full refund less £15.
• After 4 weeks before the race: No refund.

If you swap:

You can transfer your entry to someone else online any time before Firday 29th June at 18:00. This is free of charge but please let us know sooner if you can.  All swaps must be done through the online registration site. If you want to swap please click here.

No Active network fees will be refunded in any event.
