Olympic	£70 until 31st December then £80, Late Entry (last 4 weeks) £90 Juniors(age 17-19) – £50 Aquabike – £70 until 30th November then £80, Late Entry (last 4 weeks) £90 Relay Entries – £105 (A BTF Race Pass costing £8 is added which will be refunded to anyone presenting a valid BTF licence at registration)
Middle	£130 until 31st December then £145, Late Entry (last 4 weeks) £160 Relay Entries – £180 (A BTF Race Pass costing £8 is added which will be refunded to anyone presenting a valid BTF licence at registration)
USP	City Centre Racing with a rural bike route, the best marshals in the business!
Charity	Deva Triathlon supports the BTF North West Moto AED Fund which is aiming to provide defib units to all trained BTF Moto Referees.

The Deva Triathlon is an Olympic distance triathlon held in the centre of the historic City of Chester. It is currently in its 26th Year and is run by Chester Triathlon Club members.

In 2024 we will again race the same course that we have had since 2013 and will also retain the Deva Middle Distance race first held in 2016. We will also be including a standard distance Aquabike. We have had so many fantastic comments about the course being located right in the heart of the City. Transition is in the fabulous Grosvenor Park, a fantastic Victorian Park. The bike route will be a single lap (2 laps for the middle distance) into Wales via Eccleston, Rossett and Borras and back into Chester via Alford and Boughton. The run route will incorporate running over the Old Dee Bridge as well as the suspension bridge, along the Groves and in the meadows with the finish being at the Bandstand, a truly City Centre race.

Deva Aquabike

The Aquabike is the same course as the Triathlob finishing after a short run from T2 . 1500m Swim and a 40km Bike – exactly the same swim and bike courses as the Olympic distance Triathlon.

Deva Middle Distance Triathlon

2024 will be the eigth year we host our Deva Middle Distance triathlon first held in 2016. Run alongside the Standard distance race, the swim incorporates a rolling start and continues up river to make the distance 1900m, the bike route will be 2 laps of the course into Wales via Eccleston, Rossett and Borras and back into Chester via Alford and Boughton, the first lap also has a loop of Wrexham Industrial Estate to make up the distance. The run route will be 5 laps, and like the Standard race will incorporate running over the Old Dee Bridge as well as the suspension bridge, along the Groves and adding an extended section around the meadows to bring the distance to 13.1 miles. The finish will rejoin the standard race at the Bandstand.

Thanks to Chester Tri club for a fantastic middle distance Tri yesterday. Excellent organisation from registration to the finish line. Big thanks to all the marshals and helpers who turned out in poor weather to help. One race I will do again, and recommend to others.
